Annual report 2025
- The Annual Report 2025 is dedicated to the 75th anniversary of BASt. More than 30 articles are featured under the motto “75 Years of BASt”. They offer a look back at outstanding projects and developments, as well as a glimpse into the future. A historical overview from the 1950s to the present day provides insight into the development of BASt and road traffic in Germany. Long-time partners enrich the report with personal words in the form of brief statements. As usual, a selection of research activities from the year 2025 is also presented in short articles. In total, over 80 articles by more than 150 authors cover the broad range of topics addressed by BASt. These topics focus on infrastructure, construction, energy, the environment, mobility, safety, driving, digital, and skilled labour. Highlights, as well as facts and figures in concise form, complement the report.
