N2  - Der Jahresbericht der Bundesanstalt für Straßenwesen gibt einen Überblick über die Arbeitsschwerpunkte der BASt im Jahr 2005. Neben grundlegenden Informationen über die BASt werden 34 Projekte aus den fünf Forschungsabteilungen der BASt vorgestellt. Abgerundet wird der Jahresbericht mit den Aktivitäten der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, der Internationalen Zusammenarbeit, einer Zusammenstellung der zum Teil in der BASt entwickelten und gepflegten Datenbanken und -sammlungen sowie Zahlen und Fakten des Jahres 2005.
N2  - The annual report of the Federal Highway Research Institute gives an overview of the BASt- main areas of work in 2005. It not only gives fundamental information on the BASt, but also presents 34 projects from the BASt- research divisions. The annual report is rounded off with the activities in the area of public relations and international co-operation, a compilation of the databases and data pools, some of which were developed, and are maintained, in the BASt, and with figures and facts from 2005.
