T1  - Lärmtechnisch optimierter Gussasphalt
N2  - Das lärmtechnische Verhalten der auf den Bundesautobahnen langjährig bewährten Deckschichtbauweise Gussasphalt (GA) wird seit ungefähr 15 Jahren einen Optimierungsprozess unterzogen. Die Variation der Mischgutsorten, des Größtkorns des Abstreumaterials und des Walzeneinsatzes auf einer größeren Zahl von Erprobungsstrecken ergab, dass die Verwendung einer feinkörnigen Abstreuung in Verbindung mit dem Verzicht auf einen Walzeneinsatz eine lärmmindernde Gussasphaltsoberfläche erwarten lässt. Die Erfahrungen mit dieser optimierten Bauweise führten zur Aufnahme in das Straßenbauregelwerk, anfangs in Form von Hinweisen der FGSV, später durch Ergänzung von Abschnitten in den ZTV Asphalt 07. Lärmtechnisch optimierter Gussasphalt stellt eine anspruchsvolle Bauweise dar, mit der es gelingen kann, Deckschichten auf dem lärmtechnischen Niveau von Walzasphalten herzustellen.
N2  - Gussasphalt (Mastic Asphalt) is a proven surface course on German motorways. The improvement of the acoustic behavior started nearly 15 years ago. A variation of the mix sort, the maximum aggregate size of the chippings and the use of rollers was carried out on test sections. A noise reducing Gussasphalt surface can be expected, if small sized chippings without rolling are used. With this experience the optimized construction method was included in the national guidelines, first in a leaflet, second in the additional contract guidelines ZTV Asphalt-StB 07. Acoustically optimized Gussasphalt is a demanding construction method which could produce surface courses that are of the same noise level as rolled asphalt surfaces.
