N2  - Internationale Vergleichsstudien stellen ein wichtiges Instrument zur Bewertung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen auf der Einstellungs- und Verhaltensebene dar, mit deren Hilfe sich sicherheitsfördernde Strategien und Implementierungsvoraussetzungen ("best practices") herausarbeiten lassen, insbesondere auf dem Gebiet gesetzlicher Regelungen und Sanktionen sowie der Sicherheitskommunikation. Exemplarisch werden Ergebnisse aus dem EU-Projekt SARTRE herangezogen, um Möglichkeiten und Grenzen dieser Form der Bewertung verhaltensbeeinflussender Maßnahmen aufzuzeigen.
N2  - International comparison studies are an important instrument to evaluate safety measures on an attitudinal and behavioural level. This approach can help to gather strategies and preconditions for implementation ("best practices"), especially with respect to regulations, sanctions and safety communication. Exemplary results from the EU project SARTRE are considered to illustrate possibilities and limitations of this form of evaluation of behaviour-influencing measures.
