N2  - Mit Hilfe eines Vergleichs einer Kontroll- und Medikamentengruppe wurde durch Labortests und eigens konstruierte Fahraufgaben die Frage untersucht, ob eine Beurteilung der Versuchspersonen anhand der Ergebnisse aus den Labortests zu ähnlichen Ergebnissen führt wie eine Bewertung aufgrund der Fahrversuche. Durch korrelative Verknüpfung wurden zwar teilweise Übereinstimmungen zwischen Labortests und Fahraufgaben festgestellt, es kann hieraus jedoch für die einzelne Versuchsperson nicht geschlossen werden, dass sie anhand der Fahraufgaben ähnlich beurteilt wird wie dies mit den Labortests der Fall ist. Daher werden Vorschläge für andere Fahrproben unterbreitet, die weitere als die bisher berücksichtigten Dimensionen der Verkehrswirklichkeit abbilden sollen. Diese Dimensionen betreffen unter anderem speziell Wahrnehmungselemente, die sich auf andere Verkehrsteilnehmer beziehen. Im Hinblick auf eine geplante Hauptstudie werden Anregungen für apparative Ergänzungen im Messfahrzeug sowie für technische Verbesserungen der Fahrtests gegeben.
N2  - With the increasing use of medicines, the importance of the connection between medicines and safety in traffic has increased. The aim of driving and laboratory tests, explained in detail, was therefore to determine the effect of the drug diazepam on the ability of car drivers to drive. Starting from general considerations on the psychological/physical interference with performance by medicines and a survey of the literature, there are reports on the pharmaceutical dynamics and kinetics of diazepam on the persons taking part in the experiments, the course of the experiments (trial drives, instruction of persons in experiments, food), the statistical methods of evaluation and the test vehicles. Among the driving tasks were driving along narrow lanes, parking, traffic light experiments, estimates of speed, driving in circles and slaloms. The tracking test was done in the laboratory and determination and attention testing equipment was used. The subjective feeling of the persons in the experiments was determined. The results of the tests were extensively analyzed (statistics, discrimination, effect of medicine, added priority values).
